Adansonia Eco Lodge offers "bush lodge" accommodation (not self catering) south of Musina (Messina) in the Limpopo province. This spectacular destination for anyone interested in the outdoors, hiking, trees, geography, wildlife, birding, photography, 4x4's and ecology. If chilling out far away from the city's maddening crowds, Adansonia is your thing and you will feel right at home. There are plenty breathtaking views over the Limpopo valley and its big-mama Baobabs. The four log cabins are each equipped with air-conditioning, electricity, hot water, bed linen and towels. Each of the cabins has its own balcony, bedroom and bathroom (with shower, toilet and wash basin) and can accommodate up to 4 people, all in one room. In three of the cabins the bedroom is furnished with two single beds (which can be pushed together to create a King size bed) and two steel camping twin beds. The fourth cabin is furnished with a double bed and two steel camping twin beds. The total number of guests that can be accommodated at any given time is 16. The communal area provides a dining room (with an indoor braai area in case it rains), kitchen, bar area, swimming pool with a wooden deck, braai area and a lapa. The swimming pool is a feature in itself. Situated on the edge of the wooden deck the view from the pool is spectacular. It is not a self catering lodge. Breakfast and dinner is served at an additional cost. Lunch is available on request. Guests may bring along their own meat to braai and the chef can make some side dishes at an additional cost. There is a limited cash bar at the lodge but guests may bring along their own preferred drinks. There are no credit card facilities at the lodge.
