The Annexe Cottage

The Annexe Cottage is a charming recently renovated and refurbished self catering cottage on the border of Newlands and Claremont, available for lets of one week or longer. Very secure with no crime experienced for decades. In a busy area close to Cavendish Square mall, it nevertheless remains a tranquil, very private, leafy and secluded haven, shielded by mature trees and high walls and set well away from the street. You would never guess it was there. A neighbouring business is completely sound-insulated.

Lovely outside courtyard space with vine and pretty moonflower tree. Spacious bedroom with BICs, open plan lounge/compact kitchen area, en suite bathroom with shower (enter from the bedroom or from the lounge). Double sofa bed in the lounge. One secure off street parking bay (two by arrangement) in carport, behind a motorised gate.

Walk to Cavendish Square, the Vineyard Hotel, and to restaurants in Newlands Village. A variety of other restaurants also close by.

Serviced every 7 days. Access to washing machine also available. Free wifi.

The owner lives next door so always on hand should you need assistance.
