Sand And See 107 is a self catering apartment and part of a four story beachfront complex situated in the area known as Blaauwberg proper. Big Bay is world renowned for its beautiful views, clean and safe beaches, and hive of activities for young and old.
It is a spacious 2 bedroom flat, each room with its own en suite bathroom The main bedroom consists of a double bed and a lock-up safe is available in one of it's cupboards. The bathroom consists of a bath and an adjustable showerhead with sanitation. The main bedroom faces towards Table Mountain and the beach.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds while the bathroom is fitted with a shower and sanitation. It has a view of the tranquil courtyard with its lush garden.
The kitchen is fully fitted and it also has an in house grill (European standard). It is open plan with a lounge and dining area. This main open plan area has a view of the sea and faces towards Table Mountain. The kitchen floor is tiled and the rest of the rooms are carpeted.
There is a single secure undercover parking bay allocated to this flat, which is numbered 107. This block of flats is situated in a very secure area and personal security consists of intercoms, electronic/magnetic front entry and remote control garage doors to the parking.

When going down the stairs from the front entry you immediately walk into the best views and beach areas available in Blaauwberg strand. This is the ideal area to take endless walks in the most picturesque areas in Cape Town. These beaches are safe for children, ideal for relaxation and family fun.
All types of extreme sport enthusiasts often frequent these beaches. Surfing, body boarding, windsurfing as well as kite surfing are all on offer. The Blaauwberg beachfront strip has numerous upmarket restaurants cigar lounges and pubs, perfect for an entertaining night life.
