Rockpool 1208

Rockpool 1208 offers modern self-catering accommodation on the 12th floor with stunning views over the whole of Table Bay, Table Mountain, Robben Island and Cape Town. A home away from home! Our guests just keep coming back to our unique apartment! Upon entering the apartment, your heart will be stolen by the breathtaking vistas of Table Mountain backdrop and the ocean. You will find yourself staring at the view all day long!  Watch out for dolphins and whales frolicking in deeper waters and seals in the shallows.

A few of the area's most famous restaurants, also on or close to the beach, are within walking distance or a short drive from the apartment.

Rockpool 1208 has 3 beautifully decorated en suite bedrooms. Every room is fitted with natural travertine tiles and carpets.  The modern kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you may need for a holiday, breakaway, business trip or honeymoon. A huge mural wall of the 12 Apostles vista makes you believe you are on the beach in the sitting room.  Some electric blankets are provided for the cooler nights during winter and there are device charging plugs in all the rooms. Communal barbeque facilities are situated outside, on ground level, in the rear garden of the complex.

The complex building has elevators which also have a backup generator during load shedding.  Portable LED lamps are also provided as well as a UPS backup battery for the wifi.

Bedroom 1

The beautifully decorated bright main bedroom with queen bed is flooded by sunlight in the afternoons. A picture canvas and handmade coral mirrors add to the beach decor. The bathroom has twin washbasins and shower with the best in sanitary ware.

Bedroom 2

This cheerful  bright room with ample sunshine in the morning  has the most breathtaking view of Table Mountain from the shower and the Durbanville Hills from the bedroom. There is a double bed with cast-iron bed heads and a built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom with its 2 single beds has a built- in wardrobe. A gorgeously carved mirror above the beds brings the wow factor into this room. The shower room is fitted with the best in sanitary ware.

Kitchen and Lounge

The focus is on the big mural of the 12 Apostles in this room.  From every angle it feels as if you are sitting right on the beach between the rocks.   There is a smart TV with full satellite DSTV and high speed fiber wifi. Please sign into your own Netflix account.  The modern beach kitchen is fully fitted with gleaming stainless steel appliances and kitchenware which include microwave, oven, hob, modern island extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
