Oribaai (Oppibaai & Bydibaai)

Oribaai, including Oppibaai & Bydibaai provides self catering units accommodation in Buffelsbaai, Knysna.

The Beach Cottage has 3 units available - Oribaai / Oppibaai&Bydibaai in Buffelsbaai that is located in the heart of the Garden Route, 15km from Knysna and Sedgefield. This isolated tranquil village only 200 houses allowed, has supreme safe beaches for swimming and long walks. Everything, required for a dream holiday. It was rated 12th out of Top 25 Beaches in Africa ( 2014 Travellers CHOICE Tripadvisor). Free wi-fi available in all units. The units not affected by load shedding as there is a battery system.

Buffelsbaai, blessed with exceptional beautiful sunrises and sunsets provides for:

• Swimming along wide and safe beaches ( Blue flag beach).
• Opportunity for long walks on 5km long beaches and hiking trails in-the Goukama Nature Reserve.
• Deepsea, rock and beach fishing.
• Surfing, parasurfing and wind surfing as well as rowing.
• Opportunity for snorkling, and many dolphin and wha!e sightings.
• A restaurant and a small Supermarket.

The beach cottage has 3 northfacing units Oribaai, Oppibaai and Bydibaai overlooking the main beach (100m) and bay.

Oribaai:

• Lounge with SMART TV and cable for DSTV ( Bring own DSTV decoder). Views over the main beach and bay. Sliding doors open on “stoep” overlooking beach.
• The unit is not affected by load shedding as it has a battery system.
• Free wi-fi available
• Kitchen with fridge/freezer (ice maker / water dispenser), microwave, gasstove and dishwasher.
• Main bedroom with double bed and in-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The room has a view of open sea.
• 2nd Bedroom with double bed and single on top and in-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Linen included but bring own towels.
• Washing machine.
•  Sleeps 5.

Oppibaai

• Lounge with SMART TV and cable for DSTV ( Bring own DSTV decoder). Views over the main beach and bay. Sliding doors open on wooden deck overlooking beach.
• The unit is not affected by load shedding as it has a battery system.

• Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, gasstove and dishwasher.
• Main bedroom with double bed view of beach.
• 2nd Bedroom with double bed and single on top.
• 3rd Bedroom with double bunk beds
• Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
• Linen included but bring own towels.
• Outside Laundry with washing machine.
• Sleeps 7.

Bydibaai:

• 3rd Bedroom with double bed and in-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Main bathroom with bath and shower
• Outside Laundry with washing machine.
