Namibs Valley Lodge provides lodge accommodation and camping options in the Namib's Valley of a Thousand Hills near Gamsberg Pass, Gamsberg. Ideal halfway point between Sossusvlei, Windhoek and Walvis Bay. Namib's Valley of a Thousand Hills is located in the Namib on a highland with a panoramic view of the Guab Valley. The valley is riddled with thousands of hills creating a photographers heaven. This natural scenery creates a fairytale feel to a place otherwise known for its dry and arid conditions. Until recently the Valley of a Thousand Hills was not accessible to the general public but due to some considerable effort and planning, this wonder is now just a reservation away. There are no electricity points in the bungalows. Lights and hot water is provided by solar power. Luxury Bungalows (3) - Two separate beds and a en-suite bathroom. The beds can be moved together. Three Sleeper Bungalow (1) - Two separate beds and a en-suite bathroom. The beds can be moved together. There is a sleeper couch in this unit and is suitable for children 10 years and younger. Family Bungalow (1) - Two separate rooms and one bathroom. The main room has two separate beds. The second room consists of two sleeper couches. The couches are suitable for children 10 years and younger. We have three camp sites. Each site has its own ablution. There are structures erected to provide shade. There are no electricity or lights at these camp sites. There is however hot water at each ablution.
