This unique self catering farmstay is only 4km from the main road on the farm Kleingeluk, near De Rust in the Western Cape's Klein Karoo. It is mixed farming with ostriches, sheep, boerbok and vegetable seed. Here you can find peace and tranquility and enjoy typical Klein Karoo atmosphere. It is easy accessible from the main road. There are a variety of mountain bike trails on the farm. It is safe for children to ride their bicycles on the farm, because there's no road passing through the farm.
You can climb the hills, ride with your mountain bike, swim in the dam at the main house, explore the field or watch the farm activities from a distance. You can even choose if you want to sit on the front or the back porch.
Kleingeluk Guest House (Sleeps 8)
Braai facilities are outside and inside, as well as a fireplace in the lounge. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bath rooms. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with two single beds each and 1 double room. (8 people) Linen and towels are provided.
Kleingeluk Cottage (Sleeps 4)
Has 2 rooms which sleeps 2 people each (single beds), a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a small living area with a fireplace in. It also has a welcoming porch with braai facilities.
This is an unique chance to experience the Klein Karoo at it's best.
