Die Opstal has gone in for a little facelift!  It is a purposely designed functional architectural style house based on a historical West Coast Fisherman's cottage with 5 apartments around the swimming pool.

Situated in the 2nd row from the beach, approximately 60 metres from the beach and sea.

All the beautiful texture of Paternosters nature inspires all our interior. Who needs to go overseas when you have Paternoster on your doorstep.

We have picked some sweet local details just for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Every vase, painting and bowl is placed with love, consideration and most likely a great backstory.

Sand, timeless strolls. Soaking up the sun. Sunbathing with dips in our crystal waters. Toping it all off with a Sunday fish braai. And that’s how you weekend at Paternoster Villas.

Our accommodation is a very lovely short beachside walk to our favourite breakfast spots in Paternoster! Come stay with us, cook up your own feasts or enjoy all that our village has to offer!

Bring your own food, beverages, and drinkies.  As well as all your own toiletries for this self-catering spot.  Bring your wood and beach towels because you have your own braai area and use of the pool.

All the apartments are contained under one roof. Each apartment consists of shower room and open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Each kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, and microwave. Pure Cotton Linen and bath towels supplied. Satellite television with DSTV Guests Bouquet available.
As a self-catering establishment, guests are responsible for keeping their apartment clean.

STUDIO APARTMENT:

This apartment looks unrecognisable in the best way. Completely open plan for the cosiest living for two people.  The room is recharged and now you can too!  Can you feel the flow even to your own outside braai? From the dinner table to the couch, into bed and onto the beach - or restaurants - or shops - or veld - or our pool... can you feel it?  The apartment has its own private front door and direct access to the pool in the courtyard, for all guests to relax, swim and enjoy!!

THATCH DUPLEX APARTMENT:

The iconic newly renovated Thatch now has smooth as waves walls, tickled with trinkets cause your eyes need to feast too. The calmness of our Thatch even with its blue staircase.  Cooking with the smell of the ocean filling your kitchen.   Open plan living and kitchen on the ground floor, flowing directly out to own braai seating at the pool.   Double bed bedroom and shower room upstairs, with even a little view of the sea.

DETACH APARTMENT:

We cannot believe the transformation our Detach has gone through! WOW - if we might say so ourselves. Our sweet open plan kitchen/living room is utterly inspiring and serene.

The apartment has its own private front door and braai area at the edge of the pool where all the guests relax and swim. 

STOEP APARTMENT:

New apartment who this?!   We cannot believe the transformation of our Stoep! - if we might say so ourselves. Our sweet open plan kitchen/living room is utterly inspiring and serene.   Pink bathroom with walk in shower!  The apartment has its own private front door and enclosed braai area.  And just at the back of the house, in the courtyard, is the pool for all guests to relax, swim and enjoy!!

TOP LOFT APARTMENT:

Our Top loft is tucked away on the second floor. A cosy little spot in the sun.  A bathroom with a romantic Victorian tub.   The calmness of our top apartment. Cooking with the smell of the ocean filling your kitchen. What is better than that?  The apartment’s glass doors open directly to the kitchen and braai/inside fireplace.  At the back of the house, in the courtyard, is the pool for all guests to relax, swim and enjoy!!
