Delta Sea Cottage

Delta Sea Cottage is three bedroom duplex in security complex on the beach front of Diaz Beach between Hartenbos and Mosselbay.

On the ground floor is a patio with built in stainless steel braai, table and chairs. The glass doors can open in summer or close in winter. An open plan kitchen and sitting room close by with full DSTV and surround sound radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer combo, box freezer, stove, microwave and water fountain.

Ground floor main bedroom with queen size bed and aircon as well as en-suit shower, basin and toilette. In the cupboard you will find a safe. The second and third bedroom to share the shower on the ground floor. The second bedroom on the ground floor is fitted with a king size bed that can be converted to two single beds and is equipped with own toilette and basin en-suite. Own entrance and small kitchenette.

The top floor has two double beds, aircon, skylight and also en-suite toilet and basin. On the top floor find a small bar with bar fridge that goes out on the deck overlooking the ocean, Mosselbay point as well as Seal Island. On the deck is a table and chairs with two tan beds and an umbrella.

The unit has its own washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and washing basin outside with granite top. Safe undercover parking underneath the deck for two vehicles.

Controlled access to the beach about 40m away, no need to drive. The is also controlled access to sparkling swimming pool and playground for the kids. Diaz beach is 5 min drive from Mosselbay and Hartenbos and 20 minutes from George Airport. Close by is Langeberg Mall and George Mall is about 30 minutes away. Oudshoorn ostrich farms and Congo caves within 70km. An indoor swimming pool , super tubes, restaurants and cocktail bar within walking distance.
