Whale watching from June to December; best place to spot them on Clarence Drive, the costal road from Gordon's Bay to Rooi Els. Long stretches of white, sandy beaches and warmer water. Gordon's Bay Harbour. Prime holiday destination for water-sports enthusiasts - surfing, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, kite-surfing.
