The double story flat is in a cull da sac in a quiet suburb.  The flat is fully fenced with a remote operated gate. There is secure parking for two vehicles of which one is under roof parking. Full security system with armed response.

The flat is spacious with a homely character and is ideal for 6 people and comprises 2 bedrooms and  1 bathroom on the top floor, whilst the kitchen and open plan dining- and Livingroom are on the ground floor. There is a little garden with a gate into the big garden of the property where there is a play area for children.  On the garage side there is a braai supplied with 2 packets of wood and seating available.
