| From Zar 600.00 Per Person Per Night Booking Terms & Conditions A non-refundable 25% deposit is required within 48 hours to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Please be advised that should the full balance not be paid by 30 days prior to the arrival date. We reserve the right after due notification to cancel the booking and in which event the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy The following cancellation terms and conditions will apply to reservations which are cancelled in part or in full as follows; 25% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival 50% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 15-29 days prior to arrival 75% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival 100% of total cost of stay will be withheld if no show or cancelled within 7 days of arrival Premature departures will be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed Conditions Of Residence
It should be noted that Beacon House is not child friendly in that we have no
facilities for young children. We have no gardens or recreational areas for
children. Once you leave the confines of the establishment you have the
unprotected ocean as well as paths with steep drop offs into the sea. |
