Wake up to the sounds of nature and amble through the natural forest which surrounds the property, bring your binoculars to enjoy viewing the bird life or take a walk/run on our 8km bush and river in-house trail.
Being on the Magalies Meander allows for all the Meander activities to be experienced right on our doorstep. Horse riding at Saddle Creek, ballooning at Bill Harrops, hiking at Rustig, Shelter Rock or Castle Gorge, as well as mountain biking on our trail, or the Van Gaalen MTB routes.
Visit Sterkfontein Caves and the Maropeng World Heritage Site in the Cradle of Humankind, or the Hartebeesport Dam, which makes a nice day outing from the property.
Ziggy's River Cottage
A spacious bedroom (king-size bed), lounge, kitchen and dining area with a covered patio overlooking the Magalies River where you will enjoy the activities on the river, and you may see the elusive otter.
On a hot day enjoy the splash pool.
We are located just off the R560 between Skeerpoort and Hekpoort approximately one hour from Sandton, Pretoria and Rustenburg

These are individual rooms en-suite for 2 adults per room, ideal for an overnight stay if you are attending a wedding in the area. Both rooms have separate private entrances.
