Arrival & Departure

Check-in: 15:00 to 21:00 – No check-in after 21:00 unless prior arrangement is made.
Check-Out: By 11:00

Payment Terms

EFT payments must be made within 24 hours of making your reservation.
Bookings not secured with a deposit within this time may be automatically cancelled unless otherwise arranged.
All EFT payments must reflect in our bank account prior to check-in.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
In accordance with South African accommodation regulations:
Valid South African ID or International Passport is required for each guest at check-in.
Copies of the ID/passport will be made and securely stored.
Failure to present a valid identification will result in denied check-in.
